Great place Highly recommend

A truly lovely and heartwarming place:cozy, peaceful, and perfect for non-smokers. The atmosphere feels just like home. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely welcoming.
The rooms are beautifully kept, warm, and impeccably clean, with complimentary tea and coffee to make your stay even more comforting. The bathroom is spotless and fresh.
The breakfast is absolutely delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and made with so much love ❤️

Extremely clean room, great sleep and delicious breakfast

We absolutely loved this charming and very central hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely lively bar with a great atmosphere. Yes, there were lots of stairs but full of character. The bed linen was fab and ever though it’s very central we had a restful nights sleep. Delicious breakfast in the morning, all around great place for a night away, hope to return soon.

A 2 star hotel with 5 star staff

Location perfect for all restaurants pubs etc.
I honestly couldn't say anything negative about it.
Yes it's definitely a budget friendly hotel and very basic. Spotlessly clean bedlinen, comfortable bed.
But the staff is it's finest quality.
Pat and Siobhan and Joanne are so so nice. They couldn't do enough for you.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious and Joanne even gave me fried bread which I love
Absolutely well done to you all. I'll definitely be back again and again.

Very bad

Man and woman who appear to be owners very rude and demanding.
Made us feel as if we were criminals when asked to check in late. Very bad atmosphere in bar when they were there, and quite hostile to other guests (young guys) while we were there. Rooms were very messy and breakfast was terrible. No hospitality at all.

Gem of a place, friendly staff, great pub and the breakfast wow! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Can't really go wrong staying here.
