friendly hotel

What stood out most during my stay at PrideInn were the friendly faces and consistent service. My room was spotless, had great lighting, working AC, and clean beddings.I interacted with Alex, Kitaa and Mercy during my stay who were very friendly and Polite. The buffet was generous, and there were both local and Indian dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed. The calm atmosphere made this hotel a great place to unwind after a long trip. Definitely 5 star.

Not so great experience

Location is fine but the hotel lacks hospitality, key card for our room was unavailable for 24 hrs as the previous guest took it with him and the hotel staff were quite cool about it. The lift was showing problem from the day we checked in and stopped working the next day, our rooms were on the 4th floor. They didn’t show any urgency to fix the lift as the technician was coming from phahalgam, again the front desk at the hotel were not bothered to get it fixed from a different technician in emergency.
Bidet/jet spray in 2 out of the 3 rooms we booked were malfunctioning and not attended in right time. Hot water was available though

GOOD SERVICES

The Front office staff were very friendly and they give you all the information you need to know about the hotel. the rooms were very clean and quite . Keep it up . The food is also very nice .We really enjoyed our stay

Kashmir stay

The place is very friendly for the family. The rooms are very clean and have a very good interior with more of a wooden touch.The hotel staff is very understanding and cooperative. As, we had left for Kargil one day prior the hotel gave us our full refund, understanding our circumstances.The food is average.

Hotel swallow you pride

Very bad hotel, bad food always putting alot of salt in the food , bad rooms Ac not cold and door handle problems, hotel pictuers are different on the app and in real when you see it. Tv not working as well. I would not suggest you to stay in this hotel.
