Good Lunch available at Ramba

Their is a very good food quality in Ramba. Taste as well as higenic facility available. It is best to take lunch during visit to the Ramba, Orissa after boat rides. Ramba is one side of Chilka Lake which is famous for three island visit from the boat journey.

Panthanivas Rambha

This place is very near to the Jetty. Boats are available for reasonable price. Boat is operated by Panthanivas.
Vegetarians have very limited choice of food, The bar is OK,
The surroundings are good but not maintained.
Mr. Mishra was very helpful.

Poor Maintenance of the Property

Very Very Poor Maintenance of the entire property and the Building. Sometimes AC are not working. During Power Cut AC is not operational. Food is very ordinary. Stray Dogs are roaming inside the Building.

Poor show

The place has been destroyed... Hawkers on the pathway ... Dirty water thx to the garbage around! The adminstration just doesn't ensure anything! Not a great place to visit thx to the apathy of our local administration...

Improvement can make it excellent

Location wise, it's one of the best locations. Built similar to Barkul one. Pathway to the Chilika lake from the hotel and provision to watch the lake from near and loose yourself to the beauty...
Rooms are good, clean and well maintained, we were booked on first floor to have a good view. Spacious garden with beautiful flowers to enjoy..
Foods are tasty and yummy. Be it odia food like steam rice, dal, alu gobhi fry, mushroom pakoda or crab curry or Chinese noodles, chilli mushroom; all we found great taste..
Only one I did not like, the crowd they are allowing. Without mask, without any checking of temperature or sanitisation. Very disappointing.. yes we have already been exposed, despite taking precautions on our part. hope OTDC will take correct measure.
