Good facilities
Very nice hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staffs and good facilities. We enjoyed our stay very well. Service was very prompt and impeccable. Reasonably priced room. Good option for every one. Cleanliness is very well good at this hotel rooms.

Stay for a night along with family
It was a day stay in the hotel along with my family for some urgent work in Raipur. Although the hotel is spacious and rooms are also quite spacious, still the quality is not well maintained. We have faced the no water issues in the wash rooms for almost half day. And staff was trying hard but they were not able to fix the issue. There were leakages in the tap and no one was willing to attend even after several reminders.
Hotel is safe for the family. They do not have much of a option available in morning buffet breakfast.
Location is perfect as all the popular place are in a very close vicinity of the hotel.
OYO need to live to the expectation of the travelers as its seems that after taken over by the OYO the service in the hotel has downgraded.

Its a budgeted hotel in affordable price with prime location on on the main Road
Rooms are good but not excellent, hotel is very specious and is having sufficient space for parking and nice lawn for party and other functions. Its located on the main road and thus quite easy to reach to any of your required destination without of much asking for. Staff is very supportive.

Good Budget hotel.
I stayed here for 2 days, food was decent, rooms were clean and the service was great.
Its located on a busy road with easy access to the city. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a clean stay.

Well Responsive Hotel. But still need to be improve...
Stayed from 14 to 17 March in Room No. 201
Among 5 to 10 hotels in Raipur, this hotel give me the rates which suit to my budget including Deluxe Room, Extra Bed, Breakfast & Airport Transfer. Thanks to Mr. Basant very responsive & welcoming Manager.
I have booked hotel 5 months before my visit. I had family with me. Quote me very competitive all inclusive price then others.
Location:
10 to 15 min. driving dist. from Airport.
Near by:
Magneto Mall.(big shopping area). Nearer to Airport.
Hotel & Rooms:
Hotel is good, well maintained.specious surrounding & parking area.
Room are very good, Specious, maintained, AC with remote, cozy bed, tea maker, table, sofas, chairs, hot water gassier, bathroom kit, wooden flooring ext.
Room Service:
Room Service is very good. Cooperative, Good to talk. Welcoming, Polite.Room Service is responsive.quick. Take 2-10 min. to give service.
Food Quality & Test:
It is very good. Hotels have 3 restaurant Sagar Ratna (South Indian), Haveli (Continental) & Yo China (Chines food). Try Sagar Ratna for South India, Haveli for continental & Yo China specially for Chines cuisine. Test of Yo China is very good, qualitative food.But Expensive (min. 200/- & above)
Need To Be Improve
1. Pick up service need to be before or on time.
2. Hotel need to be arrange pest control. As in evening we have seen some mosquito in room.
3. Toilet is specious but position of commode is looks not at correct location. It is immediate left side after entering bathroom door. I think it should be next to the wash basin and bathing area. Bathroom also do not have any threshold to hold water to come outside from bathroom. They need to be provide cotton duster also.
4 Haveli restaurant is at ground floor of hotel. When kitchen ruins, the smell have been spreed in hotel.
5.Tea & Coffee maker is provided but no tea or coffee sachets are included/provided which must be added.
6.Poor car/travel desk.They couldn't arranged Ola cab or other car on rent. It will be better to arrange separately as your own. do not depend on hotel.
7 Bed sheets need to be change when new guest acquire the room.
