Terrible Experience, Poorly Managed by Unprofessional Staff's

Our experience was very bad , on 29/12/24 Me ,husband & 2child, didn't book the room in advance , we went and check the room directly, the receptionist lady arranged a staff and he has shown a room 4800+tax including breakfast, it was a suit room , we have checked the room @ 10.30Am, really liked the room and requested to receptionist pls keep it ready for us, she said no problem pls come back at 12pm and we came back there at 11.45Am . Paid Rs5000 & checked in , and the balance will pay upon checkout.
I was shocked when we entered the room , it's not a suit room and a doubleroom only , immediately informed to that staff ,pls allow us to cancel this room .. My husband explained to him , he told just wait .. after few minutes he came and told us ... it's a mistake happened by another staff.. no problem ... I can arrange another suit room with less price ,pls see . We said ok and went to the second floor.. time 12.40pm ... they have shown us another suit room without a dining table.. @Rs6350 inclusive all, My husband said ok because we all are very tired.. after 10 mnts, we have checked in the room ... ...after sometime ordered food. Immediately, we came to know the bedroom key is not in the lock. Suddenly, he called room service, they said they would give now.. after 30 minutes, my husband called them again, not picking up, and he called to reception, not picking after 15 minutes, calling to housekeeping, not answered.. then calling to receptionist .. she said.. Sir will call you back within 2 minutes... but we were waiting for 15 minutes ... no one has called us back. time 2.10.pm.
My husband went down to the receptionist... he have asked them.. Why u people are not replying ... no Sir ,I am trying to call the receptionist lady said... many excuses... then he requested, need to meet Hotel manager, one lady came to him and self introduced I am the manager... husband requested for the bed room key.. she said to him , "Sir, no one asked us this key so far.... this key is not with us .. It's with an accountant ... why are you asking.. husband said .. different customers, different needs , and why u want to know my requirements.. husband told her, "Madam, what u ask me?" i have paid ... until tomorrow at 11 am, this room is mine, and the room key is with your accountant... It's not fair .. same time the manager has called to GM(Operation Manager)Mr.Thomas.. same time explained him everything to their staff but knowingly, they can't support us because all are their staff..
The above points are discussed with the operation manager... ,keep on arguing that for the key with accountant,giving unwanted excuses,as well as giving more pressure to convince.
.. after many arguments Operation Manager said to my husband no more explanation, if you want , pls leave the room... we all said , "Happy to leave room. "... Gm has said we have to pay some payments...We said ok , the receptionist called and informed us that we need to pay 2500 for 1.5 hours ...this amount can't be accepted.. immediately we decided not to vacate now, due to the high payment for very short time . After two minutes, we informed the reception .. we can't vacate now and will continue until tomorrow at 11 am ...
Then the lady manager said no .. It's not possible... u have to take permission from GM .. my husband asked why .. we have paid full payment until tomorrow... if you want me to leave us the room , u have to pay back fully then only we will leave... after so many arguments.. husband told him i would call Police and media's...
Immediately, GM has calmed down and said, "Without any charge, u can leave ... we said, of course, with pleasure...
We have checked out immediately and paid some food & beverage items.
My husband spoke to the hotel staff , Lady manager and OM , all recorded as vedios 2nos with us.
After vacating the North Seven hotel , we checked in Gokulam Park In hotel , really we realised what the meaning of hospitality,  that's why we extended  one more day there. Very nice experience.
North Seven hotel experience never forget.. wherever we have chance  we will tell & write about your poor hospitality , Service and our bad experience especially by Lady Manager & Operation Manager.

Unprofessional teams ,not at all recommended.

Our experience was terrible. the operation manager & lady manager are not professional. They dont know how to speak with guest's. Without advance booking we went to this hotel directly at 10.30Am 29/12/2024, one of their team member has shown a room ,we agreed ,they said pls come back at 12 pm. We came back and checked in this hotel at 12.30 pm , paid the full amount. When we enter the room we are shocked it's a different room , pls we can't move forward with this room ,pls cancel and kindly refund the money , suddenly the hotel person has told ,it was a mistake happened by another staff , I can show you another room pls see , we have agreed, really we don't like this room ,price is little high even though reluctantly we have decided to move forward because we all are tired, there is a common area and bed room , after checked in we have asked our bed room key ,suddenly the lady manager asked why u are asking key ,never ask anyone so far , my father said that is not our concern ,we need key ,the lady manager had replied key is with our accountant, we said that is wrong ,until tomorrow check out time ,this room for us only . My father requested my presence with the manager & and operation manager. They said no way key will not provided, we said then cancel the room refund the money ,time arount 2.15pm.. around one and half our they are asking Rs.2500 ,my father said no ,we can't agreed this type of settlement,no problem we will go for this night.we will checkout tomorrow, suddenly the lady manager said that is not possible, you have to take permission from Operation Manager, my father said for what we have paid full amount for one day, either you give back full amount or will stay here one day, OM said not possible, my father said if you are not agreed any of the demand I will call the police or medias ,immediately OM came down ,no problem we will refund full payment, u can leave, we family all said with pleasure ok we will leave.
I have full proof, taken 2 videos by phone, all conversations, They have provoked and triggered even though he didn't say anything wrong. I am proud of my father , extremely challenging time he didn't loose his control ,and still he argued for his rights.
Hotel North Seven team, especially OM & The lady Manager, didn't know about the guest values.
After vacate the North Seven we have checked in Gokulam Park In hotel , really guys what kind of hospitality really appreciated,so extended our trip one more day and stayed in Gokulam Park In ,its really memorable time have spent there.
I am concluding that North Seven hotel teams are not professional. Not at all recommended.

Guests are always important at the hotel. Respect them always , we are paying what u r asking

Very Bad Experience, GM(OM) & a Lady manager don't know about interacting with guests... i have stayed many hotels around the world... but this is the worst experience in my life . it has affected our trip also .... really disappointed...need to say more, but here is no space..

the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throught our stay,food was good great value for money ,service was excellent ,great location ..clean and comfortable staff were friendly ,and willing to help with a smile....
