Happy times again
This is the second stay at the Casa. I had the same room a couple of blips with the shower but sorted within the day thank you Omkar.
James you have amazing staff Lissa is a treasure during the recent war problem when people were stranded she was amazing juggling rooms. I was one that changed rooms so I could enjoy the stay.
All your staff were polite friendly and helpful when I saw them.
I hope god willing to take the reservation I made before leaving

Exceeded all my expectations!
I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Casa De Cris, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I could feel the warm hospitality and personal touch that makes this place so special.
The property is beautifully designed with authentic Goan architecture, perfectly blending tradition with comfort. The manicured surroundings and serene atmosphere instantly make you feel relaxed. Its location is unbeatable—just a short 5-minute stroll to the pristine, golden sands of Cavelossim Beach and only 2 minutes from the tranquil River Sal. Everything you need, from restaurants to pubs, is within walking distance, yet the resort itself is peaceful and quiet.
What sets Casa De Cris apart is the passion and dedication of its founder, James Barreto. Having worked in the cruise liner industry, he clearly knows how to create a memorable guest experience. Every detail reflects his vision to make Goa the perfect holiday destination.
If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, authenticity, and heartfelt hospitality, look no further than Casa De Cris. I can’t recommend it enough—I’ll definitely be coming back

First but hope not last
This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel, although I have been visiting the area a number of years.
Located centrally near to amenities, breakfast is provided as is transport to and from the beach,
I have had so much fun. James you have amazing staff Lissa and Omkar are treasures so pleasant and always available when needed.
Housekeeping maintain good standards everyday. Thank you and hopefully se you in December

Overall good, but had to remind them each day about water in the room.
A lot of stairs, so not so good if you are infirmed.

Goa for the first time and forever!!
Good afternoon
Casa de Cris!
I came across this hotel by chance, initially I chose one with bigger stars, with a swimming pool and 33 pleasures, but this is not Turkey!! On different aggregators the rating is from 2 to 5! The price was attractive and the last review won me over.
Let me start by saying that after reading reviews about the music from the cafe, I asked for the quietest room. That's what they did, they gave us the farthest one, with the balcony door closed, there was almost silence. Songs only until 23.00, it’s even more fun in the evening with live music, it’s cool! There is a note about the room: there was no hot water, only lukewarm, but for me it was not critical, I didn’t go to find out (I was shocked)!
The air conditioning worked, the kettle was boiling, cleaning was fine, towels were changed almost every day. Water is not provided. The TV worked: only Indian channels with advertising.
Breakfast: toast, butter, jam, scrambled eggs, juice, coffee. They understand and speak Russian!
Internet at 3-.
The location is good: everything is within walking distance, shopping shops, beach 15 minutes, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes.
There are waves on the beach in May, you can’t swim, just take a dip and jump on the waves
I love Indian cuisine. I almost always had lunch on the beach at Marcus’s silver sand cafe, everything was very tasty, the prices were normal.
I went crab fishing (I took it from Marco Polo), I liked it.
To Margao to the market and shop by taxi!
Result: I was satisfied with my vacation! How the week flew by in one day!
