Fantastic spot, highly recommended

Cheap, clean apartment. Furnished to a high standard with even bug deterrent and toilet rolls included. Two balconies! Professionally cleaned before we arrived. Owner was very accommodating with recommendations about places to go and see. Very affordable on a budget, and within walking distance of the Old Town and Borik Beach. Good and quiet location. Would highly recommend it.

"Excellent Home Apartment Stay" in Croatia

Stayed here for a week in April 2018. Mrs Leri Lukin is a very lovely lady who is the manager, was very polite and helpful with a big heart. She let us stay in the apartment for 1 full day absolutely free as our flight was later that evening. It was most surprising even when it was our check out date she didn't mind us occupy the room for the whole day, which we appreciate a lot for her kind gesture. We would recommend living here at Villa Lipa as our stay was very comfortable and hassle free, with clean en-suite, close to a bus stop, close to a bakery and mini shops, walking distance to the historic old town and monuments. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you Mrs Leri Lukin :) .........

Fantastic accommodation

We recently stayed in Villa Lipa for 1 week myself, my partner and our 2 kids. The property was very secure for the kids to play out in the garden. The accommodation was fantastic, well equipped , spotlessly clean and in a great location well within walking distance to the old town. Best of all we met Leri who pops up so many times on reviews of Villa Lipa. Leri was a fantastic host and couldn't do enough for us always there to help. Can't wait to go back

Wonderful accommodation

Mrs. Leri is such a gem. She greeted us upon arrival at 00:30am, sat us down and recommended restaurants, beaches, excursions and gave us numbersso for taxis. She made our life so much easier for us! The appartment itself was absolutely fantastic and such a bargain! It was spotlessly clean with airconditioning , a full sized fridge, a powerful shower and a wonderful outdoor area to enjoy a glass of wine. The appartment is a 20minute walk from town ,but a very scenic and enjoyable walk. Would definitely return!

Very nice apartment, good location

The apartment I stayed at was very clean and even though they don't offer breakfast or any other meals, there is a private kitchen you can use with all utensils. There are a supermarket and a bakery on the same street so you can always cook your own meals.
I found the location pretty good as well, took me only a few minutes to walk in one direction to the beach and another few minutes the opposite direction to the old town (where all the restaurants, shops, etc. are).
Ms. Leri was very helpful even before I arrived with providing me directions on how to reach the apartment by bus (which was very easy), giving me all info about the places I wanted to see and scheduling a taxi pickup to take me back to the airport.
