Couple and a dog

Good apartment and everything clean. Only the shutters were broken and the window was not repaired luckily it was in summer.
Everything else is perfect and comfortable in the center.

Rooms deffo need cleaning g up and fixing

Needs notification on outside of building we couldn't fine it!. Bed comfy pillows a disgrace worn out n no pillow protectors tors. Bathroom door didn't close curtains awful too. Just needs fixing. Sad thing is these negative points are in reviews for a couple of years. NÈEDS ADDRESSING Great situation in old town. Zadar is amazing so safe and friendly

Drizzling water

Arrived at apartment not easy to find as terrible directions given it’s amazing we found it. Taxi can’t take you all the way .
Good location right in the centre.Stairwell’s and entrance not the nicest .Room ok but small. sliding doors that don’t completely close to the bathroom.
complementary tea and coffee sachets already used and empty.
Bed comfortable.
Only a drizzle of water coming through the tap and shower , husband emailed to report no reply, went to the reception the next day reported again still nothing and no communication.
Went to check out the next day and they reported it was getting sorted today. Which is a little too late for us..
Asked for partial refund as unable to have a proper shower for 3 days and told to email , we did this and no response.
Anyone booking with Adex travel and you have issues with apartments they won’t help complete lack of communication.
