Hotel Park
A Hotel Park szálláshelye Lovranban, a főút mellett, a tengertől és a híres Lungo Mare sétánytól 50 méterre található. A hotel napi reggelivel, valamint ingyenesen használható fedett úszómedencével és fitneszközponttal várja vendégeit.

exceeds our expectation. A gem
We stayed one night here . Tour manager told us there are very limited hotels within the quiet town of Lovran..
It is a very compacted & rather boutique style hotel.. And more beauties as we explored it… It is built fronting the beach along meandering road. There is even a ATM and café embedded on the right. As we still have so e spare time the helpful counter staff show us the way to a nearby Kontzum of the neighborhood that is only 10 mins away, kudos!
We stayed 3F and single functional lift brought us up-down well. Surprisingly room is card access (not large physical key) and the room view is simply marvelous, have attached pics to share of the breathtaking views of the Adriatic. Really wonderful for us..
Amenities are complete and there have a working heater! However the bathroom is small and one stands inside the curved cubicles to bath, one-step higher. The bed and blanket was esp cozy for me, enjoyed a good night sleep.
And the dining experience was equally good too! The dining area is at 1 floor just steps from the lobby. Very cosy yet can seat easily close to 50 pax. The spread for both dinner & breakfast exceeds our expectation and there are some delicious local cuisine (bites, snacks) that is welcoming.

The owner told us to horrible things
Horrible, service and the owner made it a bad trip, averything from the food to the ppl working there made it horrible....

We booked a "double room with sea view" on hotels.com. There are many photos of the room showing doors out to the balcony, and several photos outside, clearly taken from the balcony.
Hence, we booked the room so that we would have outside space to sit in the sun and fresh air. When we arrived at the hotel, we were indeed given a "double room with sea view", but absolutely no balcony. Just a smallish single window with an outside blind that, when fully open, still covers the top third of the window.
This is a major issue at Hotel Park because the hotel basically had no outside space, e.g gardens or pool with comfortable chairs or loungers to relax on. It's next to the main coast road and has an indoor pool, no outside space apart from a small terrace next to the road with tables and upright chairs, which labels itself as a coffee bar
The hotel generally feels a bit dated and the comfort levels are equivalent to an average 2 star hotel in the UK.
Massively disappointed that we booked a room on the basis of the specific room photos. The room description itself does not mention a balcony, so be aware that the pictures may be misleading and you won't get what you think you booked. I don't know whether this is Hotel Park or Hotels.com's fault, but it is unacceptable from a customer point of view.
There are plenty of other lovely looking hotels in the area. I recommend you avoid Hotel Park and book a hotel where the photos and description actually match the reality.

It's okay
Have booked through booking.com, allegedly got "the last room". Fact was we had 1 room with roof pitch for Lilliputans! The hotel was almost empty. For 1 night it was ok, although my husband had to be constantly careful not to bang his head at 6 feet. Breakfast was good. Staff nice.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Room was large and very clean. We paid extra for a room with a terrace and a view and wished we had just gotten a basic room. The room was on the first floor and traffic noise from the street below made the terrace unpleasant. We also were at the far end and there was very little water view. Hotel location is good - quick walk to old town and also close to a nice walking path by the water. Free parking in a lot a block behind the hotel. Breakfast was substandard, and the coffee was terrible, so it’s not worth paying extra for.
