Spectacular... stay!!!
Spectacular stay!!! We chose this property by looking at the photographs and reading the reviews and we can state that it has widely exceeded our expectations from every point of view. The property is beautiful both externally and inside the common areas, as is the room that was assigned to us with a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Ithaca.
You can perceive the care and attention to every detail on the part of the owners. The spaces are designed for maximum comfort. The natural materials, the choices regarding every smallest thing: from the towels, to the fabrics, to the cutlery, to the ceramics. Truly everything is studied and selected with care and a search for beauty. Soft and natural colors dominate: wood, rope, natural stone; everything harmonizes perfectly with the immaculate white plaster. The lighting is also carefully studied and characterized by various light points. Everything is a pleasure for the eyes and functional in the guest's search for well-being.
The room (we were on the upper floor) is very spacious and comfortable, with a living area where there is a large sofa and small tables. The very high ceiling is characterized by evocative bleached wooden beams. The bed is magnificently comfortable with a wide choice of pillows. Spacious and perfectly functioning shower. Quality bath products. The bathroom consists of three separate areas: the shower, a large and comfortable sink, a bathroom with a toilet with a second sink and a sandblasted glass sliding door to ensure privacy. Powerful and quiet air conditioning. There is also a very comfortable and clean kitchen area, with quality accessories including a Nespresso coffee machine.
The balcony is perfect for summer evenings, characterized by the presence of an electrically operated awning with a remote control to provide shade from the sun during the day. Magnificent view to enjoy either while eating something (having a small table and chairs available) or sitting on comfortable wooden outdoor armchairs.
The pool is very beautiful and clean, constantly maintained impeccably (like everything else); there are lounge chairs and umbrellas amply sufficient for all guests.
Another significant aspect is the limited number of rooms (only eight), which guarantees privacy and exclusivity. What else to say: simply perfect!!
We cannot conclude our review without mentioning the owners, who are exquisite, kind, attentive, and helpful people and never intrusive. It was very pleasant to talk with them from time to time. We can only thank Alida and Teodoro for the beautiful days spent in their magnificent property and we look forward to returning!!

Amazing Stay
Accommodation recommended by a friend. Booked privately, so dealt with the owners directly from the beginning. They arranged our taxi pick up from the airport, which was waiting for us as we arrived.
Very well presented accommodation. Modern and spacious with fantastic views of the harbour and mountains from the balcony.
Absolute attention to detail.
Very relaxing atmosphere. Lovely pool to cool down after sunbathing. We were offered fruit and soft drinks by the pool around midday, which was very thoughtful.
Our service staff were fabulous. The suite was immaculate every day. Fresh bedding and towels were used regularly, and clean beach towels were provided daily.
The location was excellent also. A short walk to the main harbour and the nearest bars and restaurants less than 100 metres away.
Well done, Alancia Suites. Hopefully, we'll see you again.

An address to keep precious.
A very lovely discovery, a bit by chance... but absolutely no regrets. It was a stop in a very beautiful apartment, with a great welcome, a pool, all within walking distance of the port, its taverns, and shops, and close to Antisamos beach. I regretted not staying longer. Thank you to our hosts.

Absolutely stunning apartment, very tastefully decorated throughout with everything you could possibly need .
I would love to rate these apartments higher, but 5 stars is the maximum on trip advisor. We were originally booked into a different hotel , which was horrific, we checked out the day after and stumbled upon the Alancia suites by accident , oh my we are so glad we did , Alinda the host was amazing , she went above & beyond to ensure our stay was just perfect . The rooms were top spec , with the comfiest beds , they were immaculate & the staff were so lovely . Situated in the Perfect location , Right on Sami beach front with bars & cafes within a very short walking distance . The pool was amazing. We will definitely be back .

The staff is amazing, rooms are very clean. The semi private patio on all the rooms are very nice. Enjoyed the kitchen having everything you need to dine in and feel like home. Would highly recommend this property. It is very close to everything you need to have a nice relaxing holiday. The staff is very helpful with any need you may request as well.
