Perfect after a long day

We stayed for one night after a long day of travel with two flights. Our BA flight was delayed so we arrived later than expected and we were very glad that we booked a hotel so close to airport (5 mins away and an easy drive).
The car park was full when we pulled in but a lovely lady helped us park and then checked us in with a free bottle of water. The room was basic but had AC and was absolutely fine for the night. Breakfast was good with excellent coffee from the cafe. There is a really nice gift shop too.
Recommended for value and the convenience if you have are likely to arrive late or leave early for a flight. Lovely welcoming staff.

Away from this hotel.

Away from this hotel. We had made a phone reservation a month before our arrival and when I asked them on the phone to pay for the room, they told me that I would pay it on my arrival. When we got there, we were told there was no reservation in our name. As if that was not enough, the receptionist not only did not apologize and had no desire to help us, but was also rude and ironic. The result was our long distress, as the date coincided with the celebration of the liberation of Kalamata and other events in the area, so there were no accommodation available. Unacceptable once again!

Close to the airport, good starting point

Hotel dating back to 2000, deserving of a... Nice welcome by the sister of the owner who is omnipresent and speaks excellent French... and does some work at this establishment. Elevator, clean room, good bedding.
Restaurant with garden.

Cute and comfortable

Very cute and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was traditional from the area and fantastic. Close to the ancient ruins of Messina, the museum and a short walk to the ancient fountain and restaurant in town.

Great overnight stay nest to Kalamata airport

Stayed for one night. Our BA flight arrived quite late and I didn’t want to pick up the car and drive so that I could have a drink on the flight.
It’s very close to the airport. You wouldn’t want to walk it with luggage as the road doesn’t have pavements but a taxi from the airport was only €10. I walked back to the airport the following morning to collect the car and it took less than half an hour. Taxi wasn’t metered so make sure you agree the price in advance.
Hotel was very quiet as we stayed in September at the end of an already COVID dampened Summer. It was clean, comfortable and good value for money.
There is a surprisingly busy little at bar and restaurant in the hotel that seemed to fill up with locals later in the evening. If it’s good for them, it’s good for me! Food was good and the price was decent.
All in all a good stay and I’d stay again if I needed to.
