BEAUTIFUL PLACE, FRIENDLY AND PRO/ CATERING MANAGER TO SEE
Great email contact with the manager, who found us a room at Melissa studio
+ Room 600 meters from the hotel, location on top of a hill , super nice view from the terrace , room with air conditioning , fan ceiling kitchenette, bathroom, cleanliness ok
+beautiful beach, rock sand, parking
+ extra breakfast, nice place on end of the rock, with nice view
+ total price 96th with dinner
-evening meal: a great moment of solitude
I appreciate when arriving the buffet, of great simplicity, that does not mean
that it's bad, but this is very bad
1/Salad composed of vegetables based on potatoes, flat presentation of the school canteen. Very simple
2/ Fish soup; the most correct dish; ok from the box , I took 2 times so as not to be hungry
3/ Grilled anchovies: inedible , I think the fish were cooked, quite a while ago, and reheated with the heating lamp of the buffet, really the impression of eating a piece of cardboard; unacceptable dish
4/ Tomato dumplings: a horror . I took 1 dumpling to taste, fortunately,
composed of large chunks of fat, and a sauce that smells like perfume, it seems like we want to hide the taste, maybe the product is spoiled?
5/ dessert of the grape, okay, except that there was no more
I think your cook should do some internships and read some good cooking recipes, rather than staying for hours at the buffet.
However, these few lines are really for your Service, because the catering part is underneath everything, while everything else is very good.
People will never accept this food, even cheap.
