Little cleanliness, and I do not recommend it!

From the photos, it looked like a nice apartment, but it was not like that. The floor was dirty and had hair from other people. The drain in the bathroom near the sink was open and there was always a bad smell. The toilet seat was always moving. There was a huge stain on the bathroom ceiling. The kitchen trash can had not been emptied. The beds were uncomfortable, and we never used the chairs at the table because all four were stained. We had to eat on the bed. I did not like it at all. They made the beds but forgot to put pillowcases on the pillows!

Great

We went there as a family of 3.
The rooms were great. They were very spacious. The house keeping was great and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very attentive. The TV had channels with most of the languages. It also had WIFI. It doesn't have a breakfast but the kitchen is very clean. You can buy your food from a market near by and cook your own breakfast/lunch/dinner in the kitchen. They provide most of the things needed at the kitchen except food, dishwashing liquid etc. There is a coffee machine and they also give you coffee capsuls.
We were very pleased and definetly would like to come again.

Great stay with a great breakfast treat

It was a wonderful stay. I could live permanently in such an apartment. It was crystal clear. What I loved was a tray of breakfast goodies which was not included. Like taking care of mom!

Spacious apartment but terrible hygiene

A spacious, fully renovated apartment in the more expensive segment. Excellent beds, a spacious bathroom and a large kitchen including washing machine and ovens. Some kitchen utensils were still missing. The Nespresso didn't need to be there, as there are no coffee cups for sale anywhere. There is air conditioning in all rooms which can be independently controlled.
The hygiene is below standard. In the 12 days we were there there was never mopped or really cleaned. The first 2 days we had 5 cockroaches in the apartment and after the owner's response "this is Greece" without any further action, we bought ourselves a spray to exterminate them. Covered the shower drain on the advice of Greek acquaintances and the next day there were 2 more dead cockroaches there.
The waste was not removed daily so the waste bin in the bathroom including the used toilet paper in it was sometimes in the apartment for 3 days. We ended up taking this out ourselves and throwing it away outside the apartment.
On Sundays there is nobody at the reception so we had to buy toilet paper ourselves because 1 roll that was put down on Friday is really too little for 2 people for 3 days.
In short, a beautiful apartment that deserves a large enough but the hygiene deserves no more than a 2. Absolutely no value for money. We went off on the assessment of 9.1, but in this situation the apartment is not even worth 5.
