Located 500 metres from Panagitsa Beach, Pantazis Studios offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. Located around 5.7 km from Agios Nektarios Cathedral, the guest house is also 12 km away from Temple of Aphaia.

A beautiful and peaceful haven
We had a spacious studio with two balconies and a well appointed kitchen. (However, we did have our own kettle with us, which saved loads of time. A kettle would be a great addition.)The beds were good and the hot water plentiful. The air conditioning was superb.
We thought it was too far out at first - 10 minutes to the beginning of the town and 30 if you went as far as the town beach - but we got used to it and decided the walk was good for our digestion. We even had a big supermarket 10 minute's away.
No complaints and we would love to go back.

PERFECT ACCOMODATION
Excellent location, very nice facilities (comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen), very clean, free wifi, quiet place, not very far from the port, great hospitality (Mrs. Roula was more than kind, helpful).

Highly recommended!
Pantazis Studios is one of the best variants of accommodation on the island of Aegina – for the following reasons:
1) There is everything you might need: air conditioner, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, tableware and pans, rangette which is combined with a microwave oven.
2) It is located within 10-15 minutes’ walk from the center of Aegina town and approx. 150 m from the main road. So the place is very quiet and peaceful.
3) Mr. Pantazis picked me up from the port of Aegina when I arrived from Athens. Without any additional charge. And gave me a plate full of pistachios from his own garden as a small present on my arrival.
4) I stayed in Pantazis Studios for 1 week in February. A couple of days were rainy, windy, wet and, as a result, quite cold. However, it was always warm in the rooms and I felt really comfortable which is not always the case in Greece during off-season. The reason for this is three big electric radiators with manual adjustment of temperature. Moreover, the radiator which is located in the bathroom was automatically kept switched on even when I left the rooms and turned the electricity off.
5) As far as I am from Russia, I had to obtain visa to be able to go to Greece. Mr. Pantazis kindly provided me with all the documents required to confirm my booking and did it within the shortest period of time.
6) And what’s the most important for me… Mr. Pantazis contacted me a few days before my coming to Greece. The message was as follows.
Dear Mrs. Xenia,
I want to warn you that there is a ferries strike up to this day here in Greece. The strikers say that they will end the strike tomorrow but there is a chance that they won't. For this case I have contacted a man named Mr. Takis who owns a sea taxi and he can arrange your transportation to Aegina. He charges 30 euro per person. His cell number is... For any further details or anything else please do not hesitate to contact me. I hope that the strike will have been ended by tomorrow so that nothing of this is necessary!

If not for Mr. Pantazis, I wouldn't know how to get to Aegina and would be compelled to spend my holidays in Athens. Such a march of events could literally kill me since I had been dreaming of this trip to Aegina for 6 months by that time.
Thanks to Mr.Pantazis, I had the best of time on the island of Aegina! I highly recommend these studios while staying on this paradise island.

Μακριά.!! Υγειονομική Βόμβα.!!
Ό,τι χειρότερο μπορεί να συμβεί σε πελάτη!! Πήγα μαζί με τις 2 κόρες μου και το σκυλάκι μας. Εξήγησα στην ιδιοκτήτρια πως είμαι άτομο που ανήκω σε εμπαθή ομάδα γιατί πριν 3 χρόνια έκανα μεταμόσχευση μυελού των οστών λόγω λευχαιμίας, και πρέπει να είμαι σε καθαρό περιβάλλον. Μου είπε να μην ανησυχώ γιατί η καθαριότητα είναι καθημερινή και προσεκτική.Το κατάλυμα που μας πήγε δεν είναι αυτό που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες αλλά σε άλλο δύο στενά μετά σε μια αδιέξοδο. Υπερβολικά βρώμικο και ως απόδειξη επισυνάπτω φωτογραφίες όπως μου το παρέδωσε υποτίθεται καθαρό από τους προηγούμενους ενοίκους.Η καθαρίστρια δεν έμπαινε μέσα γιατί λέει φοβόταν το σκυλάκι (ένα μικρόσωμο 7 κιλά).Μετά από 4 μέρες ούτε χαρτί υγείας δεν είχαμε. Ενώ γράφει πως δέχεται κατοικίδια, μου είπε να κλειδώνω το σκυλάκι μου στο μπάνιο όταν φεύγω και να μην καίω το κλιματιστικό. Όταν της έκανα τα παράπονα τονίζοντας το πρόβλημα υγείας μου, με πήρε τηλέφωνο ο δικηγόρος της αργά το απόγευμα λέγοντάς μου να φύγω το πρωί από το κατάλυμα.Κατόπιν συνεννόησης με την κόρη της ιδιοκτήτριας έφυγα 2 μέρες μετά που βρήκα αλλού. Τα χρήματα τα έδωσα κανονικά. Μακριά από εκεί.!! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ.!! Μόνο ΒΡΩΜΙΑ και ΣΑΒΟΥΡΕΣ έπιπλα όπως θα δείτε και στις φωτογραφίες. Και διανύουμε και την εποχή covid που θα έπρεπε τα πάντα να λάμπουν.!! Αγενής και Βρωμιά.!!

Πολύ ήσυχα
Μας άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία καθώς ήταν πάρα πολύ ήσυχα. Παρόλο που δεν ήταν πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια η πόλη, δεν είχαμε πρόβλημα καθώς είχαμε αυτοκίνητο και είχε άνετο πάρκινγκ. Μείναμε σε στούντιο και ήταν αρκετά άνετο καθώς ήταν κάπως ξεχωριστά από τα αλλά δωμάτια. Στο ψυγείο είχε νερό και χυμό. Η κυρία Ρούλα πολύ ευγενική. Για 2 βράδια ήταν μια χαρά. Θα πηγαίναμε ξανά.
