Hotel with fun decor but mediocre service
No minibar,
no coffee maker in the room.
Room service not answering the phone.
No bellhop.
Very small pool with no service.
Unripe peach at breakfast. No yogurt. Very mediocre fruit salad....

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié l'univers coloré imaginé par Jorge Pardo, qui fait toute la singularité de notre hôtel à Arles.
Nous regrettons toutefois que plusieurs aspects de votre expérience n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous souhaitons préciser que les cafetières sont proposées exclusivement dans nos Suites, tandis que notre équipe de bagagistes est bien présente pour accompagner nos hôtes tout au long de leur séjour. Nous sommes désolés si ces services n'ont pas été suffisamment visibles lors de votre visite.
Vos remarques concernant le room service, la piscine ainsi que le petit-déjeuner ont bien été partagées avec nos équipes. Elles nous sont précieuses pour continuer à faire évoluer l'expérience que nous proposons à nos hôtes.

Great welcome, beautiful setting!
It was a particularly pleasant moment, during which we enjoyed an excellent all chocolate lightning, which we recommend without hesitation.

Holiday of relaxation
A magical and unique place. The renovation of the ancient palace, home of the Hotel, was entrusted to the artist Jorge Pardo, of Cuban origin, who carried out the entire project, taking care of both the furnishings and the architectural details.
Very kind staff, available for every need. The hotel is located in the historic center and you must therefore park your car outside the walls.
Very cozy and clean room, with brightly colored furniture and a refined set.
As this is a historic building, it was not possible to install the lifts and this should be borne in mind for any personal issues.
Breakfast buffet of good standard.
A beautiful courtyard for an aperitif or a romantic dinner and a garden with swimming pool for a relaxing break. A perfect place to spend a few days in an original and fascinating environment.
