Lovely spot in Hurghada

Fabulous staff at the hotel, they have a lovely beach location for lunch and swimming. And dinner at the Place 2 B restaurant was great with a really fun vibe. Apd alrahman the receptionist he was very good but all of the staff and experience made it a fun stay

Give it a miss!!

The room was on third floor with no lift. Windows didn't lose tight shut. Very run down. Most staff were pleasant. One female showed an open hand of change when collecting our plates obviously looking for a tip!! Only tip I would give is don't go there. I was ready to change my flight home if we hadn't found a good hotel nearby!!
Food wasn't for Brits at all. Barely ate a thing.
The pictures on booking.com looked nice. The kids pool was OK but the lagoon pool wasn't fit for ducks!! Not recommend at all.

Where to start .. the day of our arrival was the worst of the stay at the sight of this old dilapidated building , deplorable hygiene: dirty fridge , leaky plumbing fitting , broken tiles not to mention the minimalist buffet and non-existent atmosphere , abandoned pool and across the street . Don't trust the photos
Fortunately 200 meters from this "hotel" there is the beautiful sea star in which we ended our stay

week of sunshine

A lot of hot air, past glory unfortunately. very outdated.Photos on the internet are not correct. It was dirty, cold water etc. Pool in the photo very nice but in reality not in use. food was fine, nothing to criticize.Environment boring.1 bar further no catering at all. with the taxi you arrive happily an end

Very good experience

A beautiful experience where my family and I had a short stay for two nights but during our stay we touched the wonderful efforts of the hotel staff for guest comfort and delight.
The hotel is conveniently located and close to downtown facilities and markets.
The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the sea view is beautiful.
Food is good but needs some variety.
Thank you all the staff, especially Professor Mahmoud Al-Nam, Professor Abdullief for the staff supervisors and Professor Abdullah Al-Riman for the welcome.
Wish you more excellence.
