While the rooms are typical of an older motel, the Cape Cod Inn is very well maintained and the rooms are spotless. The managers were lovely and helpful. The rooms have updated furniture with a comfortable bed. Everything worked well. The location of the hotel, right on Main St in the heart of Hyannis, was great. I would definitely return.

Bed was clean and comfortable parking is tight room is dated only one chair and a desk neighbor hood has a lot of homeless people which is not the motel’s fault but is the reality of Main Street Hyannis

Air conditioning could not be adjusted. It ran at one fixed temperature (but you could always turn it off when it got too cold!). Ants in the bathroom (on the windowsill, around the sink, on the toilet paper roll). Not overrun with ants, but several seen every time you went in the bathroom. No amenities. Good location. Over priced. Not a good value, especially considering lots of alternatives available.

Location is very convenient, middle of town. What is often the case with hotels, inns etc, housekeeping does not look behind the bathroom door...they open it and clean the things and then close the doors. Operators should do more checks on that. This was a good example that nothing had been done behind or inside of the doors. Other than that overall comfort average.
