In need of updating

We were transferred to sun gardens from tsokkos gardens for the late check out, if we had seen it first we probably wouldn't of paid for a late check out.
The good point was in the room we were given was that the air conditioning units were effective.
The shower head was fixed and so high up you couldn't get the water over your body it hit the taps below.
The lift was scary.
Looks like something straight out of the 70s in need of some repairs.
We would of been gutted if that had been our hotel all week.
The staff were nice but bearing in mind we paid for a late check out as we were flying on the evening, we had knocks on the door at least 3 times asking if we were ready to leave. About €50 for the pleasure, so to be left to get some sleep would of been appreciated.

Brilliant hotel however snack bar let's it down

Currently here at the botel, we are a family of 6 with 2 children 11 and 7. Food I have to say is the best food I have ever tried whilst allinclusive in particular evening meals. Always different themed nights and plenty variety. Breakfast unfortunately is not the best but it's still not difficult to find something to eat.
Cleaners are in every day rooms are immaculate with plenty of clean towels daily. Rooms spacious.
Entertainment I would say is ok. The odd activities through the day then on an evening its mini disco, bingo then a different show every night.
Close to plenty of bars, restaurants and activities and a short bus ride from main strip.
There is one massive drawback for the hotel which I think needs addressing very soon as it is letting the hotel down greatly which is the snack bar. Be prepared to wait upto 40 minutes for a portion of chips ! No organisation whatsoever, orders are wrong and not in order of who was served first. Theres constantly people complaining and the staff just grin and think it's funny. I have gave up on the snack bar now because it is just ridiculous.
Would return possibly in the future.

A big NO

Opt for better hotels if you do not want to be confused and terribly upset like us - we are currently staying in the hotel which in reality looks way worse than attractive website pics! Rooms are worn, old, dirty, have broken items including AC and... hotel has NO WI-FI! Breakfasts are held at a sister property which is a better hotel with AC in lobby and better facilities - that makes us feel teased - we eat with chic and sleep in misery. Management is helpless, states the 3 hotels of the complex arw not connected and they are not able to move our 2 families with kids to a proper accommodation!

Best Hotel

we rest in this hotel a second time. this year is even better !!! Beautiful rooms, excellent staff - kind and helpful. great dinners and lunches. we will definitely come here next year. Many thanks to Cyprus and this hotel for our wonderful stay.
