Totally disappointing
The stairs were very dangerous and were held on by 3 nails on each end, but they were coming apart and you could see 1-2 cm of each nail and you could feel the steps not holding properly as you walked on them.
The cabin was filthy. The linen and curtains were brown, not in colour, but from the dirt. The floors were covered in dirt. There were no towels provided. The dishes and pans were dirty. The toilet wouldn't flush and they repaired this using string. We also lost power. Water pressure was almost non existent. The pool did not have water in it, but they trucked multiple loads of brown water and ran loud pumps from about 7 pm to 11 pm to get this dirty water into the pool.
Sorry, I didn't take photos like I normally would. I was so angry and disappointed that I didn't think to do this.

Pésimo servicio
Si bien la infraestructura es bonita en una reserva que comparte con la naturaleza, deja mucho que desear.
1. Lugar sin aseo, el lugar presentaba arañas en todos lados, telas de araña en cocina, living (arañas pollito en closet), por lo que tuvimos qe comprar raid y desinfectar todo.
2. Cubrecamas con manchas, quedaba la duda si la cama había sido ocupada y limpiada correctamente.
3. Olor a gas en las instalaciones, lo cual se transforma en un peligro para todos.
4. En nuestro segundo día, empieza a salir agua amarilla en las cañerías, por lo que no pude cocinar. Se avisa de esta situación a la administración, pero nunca obtuve respuesta alguna (ni si quiera unas disculpas)
5. Se ofrece dentro del servicio leña para calentar la cabaña. Sin embargo, al llegar no habia. La respuesta de la cuidadora fue que en esta época ya no era necesario la leña por el calor. Insistí en pedirle, a lo que me respondió "ahí esta la carretilla, vaya a tal lugar y llévela".
Finalmente me entere que el lugar no tiene la resolución sanitaria (SEREMI) para funcionar como hospedaje, lástima que no me entere antes de esta situación.
Por lo que NO Recomiendo bao ningún motivo este lugar.
