lovely studio

We stay at Villa Park Studio Enjoy. It is a very nice studio, clean and fragrant, nice furniture, a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, good lighting in the room, elegant and pleasant, the owner is nice and helpful. You can buy some souvenirs in his shop nearby. I highly recommend it!
However, because of low season there is no internet in the studio, it's only available in the lobby, where it is too cold to spend time

Horrible experience

Location - 7-8 minute uphill walk to closest lift or gondola. horrible if ur there for skiing/snowboarding as your legs are burned out before even starting.
Clean - was relarively clean when we arrived but nobody cleaned it afterwards for the duration of our stay. there were no bath towels, we had to request it from the reception who barely speaks english (had to use translate to communicate effectively)
NO WARM WATER - there was warm water for showering only for the first 3-4 minutes and then it run out every time! had to have cold showers in -10 degree weather.
The receptionist was friendly but as stated above no english whatsoever. also we often got the response: "its a private appartment i dont know" to many of our issues
Taxi to airport: we requested for them to book us a taxi for the airport - the driver was the receptionist in his private car with a friend next to him. He was speeding and constantly did not have his eyes on the icy road as he was chatting his friend - trully 1 hour drive.
Btw I never leave reviews if this place cost 25-30 euros per night i could accept all of these, but not at the price i booked it for (85 euros per night)

Lovely place

Stayed in studio 225 and it is called villa park studio enjoy on Booking.com. the owner Krasi gave great communication and the stay was faultless. Really was a good choice for a low cost. 5 min walk to gondola lift or 10 mins walk to Rila hotel area lifts
