Small spa hotel in the center of the city

Spa facilities include jacussi, finnish sauna and fittness room. No swimming pool.
Rooms are comfortable and of good size. Restaurant serves only breakfast. Bar and outside area are popular for drinking coffee etc.

Cheap room to sleep

Shabby and unmaintained rooms.
They do not clean, tidy, maintain the room, bathroom.
Everything is outdated.
Breakfast only according to the menu.
There is no buffet and you cannot get other things in addition, its nature is not honey or butter.
You can no longer get coffee either
It is advisable to close a deal here without breakfast

Not good

The rooms are very cold , the heaters doesn't start, and the bathroom shower is damaged. The air conditioning is starting very slowly on heating. In the bathroom is not so clean and the towels are very damaged.

A good business hotel

The hotel is good for a business trip as it is at the centre of the town - very close to all the administrative buildings. As well as it is close to the museum and to the pedestrian zone (where almost everything important has been situated, I believe). It is close to a park called the Island. The breakfast was pretty poor though.

Functional hotel

The hotel is located in the center of the town (not much to see, but convenient step in the Rhodopes), it is functional, reasonably clean, with ok prices.
The service is poor though (poor English, difficult to catch attention) and the place has no charm.
We would try another place in the neighborhood if we returned.
