Beautiful seaview and swimmingpool, but........

Very nice location, quiet and beautiful.
Only two rooms with balconies and seaview. Strange. Why?
The other rooms have too high windows with bars (like prison rooms).
The people are not welcoming, not friendly. You have to ask eveything yourself.
If you dont do that, they are not going to clean your room or bring you new towels.
The breakfast is o.k, but the juices are not tasty (far too much water in it).

Negligence and unpreparedness to respond

I am trying, without success, to contact the inn to request the cancellation of the reservation and the refund of the amount paid for the stay of 2 people in the period from 10 to 12/2/2024. The inn lost power in the early hours of the 11th, leaving guests without air conditioning and hot water. We delved into the situation and had an impromptu breakfast. But, when we returned from a walk at 6:30 pm, we found the inn in a worse situation: still without electricity and, to make matters worse, without water. No one at the inn had called the city's power company or looked for another solution to accommodate the guests. We left this inn at 7pm, as there were no conditions for staying there. We were unable to contact the inn and Booking.com, on whose platform the reservation was made, is exempt from any responsibility. Total disregard.

Funcionários mal educados, café péssimo, alimentos velho, não tem limpeza no quarto. Toalhas sujas e manchadas. Terrível.

A estrutura da pousada é boa, porém tudo está muito mal cuidado. Toalhas manchadas, pintura danificada, roupa de cama velha. O café da manhã é ruim, com poucas opções, frutas passadas e comidas de baixa qualidade.

Ficamos hospedados 3 dias . A área externa, o quarto e banheiro poderiam estar mais limpos. Os lençóis estavam manchados e o tapete do banheiro rasgado. Papel higiênico de baixa qualidade. Café da manhã bem fraco. Sem bolo e sem manteiga.
