Our experience was excellent! The guesthouse is an extremely quiet place, perfect for resting and renewing the energies. Everything was very clean, organized and well taken care of.
The view is simply wonderful, a real invitation to appreciate nature. The restaurant also deserves highlight: very tasty food, attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere.
Without a doubt, it was a special stay. I recommend it to everyone looking for comfort, peace and a beautiful place to enjoy unforgettable moments. We will definitely be back!

Superb address inside the national park!

Very good experience in this magnificent Pousada, located inside Chapada dos Guimaraes National Park.
The host is excellent, the rooms large and clean, the beds very comfortable and the pool very nice. We really had a great stay with the little onions!
La Pousada offers several hiking trails, easy to walk alone, with a map and gaiters (provided).
There is even a small site of rock paintings.
The whole site is really beautiful, a real healing in the heart of nature.
The restaurant tops it all off: a breakfast consisting of 3 homemade breads to fall to the ground, and à la carte dishes each more delicious than the last, concocted according to your tastes with real attention to detail.
Enough to do the soul good!

Delightful place

I would have liked to have stayed here a little longer than the three nights we were there. A wonderfully quiet place, with great rooms, a nice breakfast in the morning and a nice menu in the afternoon and evening. Service is friendly. The pool is small but well maintained. It is especially the location that makes this pousada so beautiful, with beautiful nature and a huge multitude of birds. The view is amazing.

Stopped on time and needs repair

They stopped in time. The place is beautiful by lush nature but the accommodation stopped in time. In a Diary of more than R$1,000.00 per couple you expect minimal things that there are not. There is no refrigerator in the room to drink a cold water, to drink water has to be looking in the drinking house that they have in the restaurant. Taking the 4-bed room the 1-bed rooms are claustrophobic of so small, the door practically scratches in the bed. Old bed linen, very rotted and stained, towels worse than a trash. They leave 2 tiny soaps of the worst quality and with the smell of soda soap. The shower is all clogged. There is no isolation, you can hear all the conversations from the next room. The food in the restaurant is excellent, the chef is congratulating, but the objects in the restaurant are precarious. They put on the tables an American straw game that seems to be 50 years old, scratching and with the sewing stained and with mold, extremely uncomfortable chairs, of those that can not lean back right due to lack of support and also already very old. The cutlery and cups are also old, no updating. The kitchen door is always open and you can see that there is no exhaust, so the restaurant gets overwhelmed by the smell of craftsmanship when you fry something. There is no TV in the room, but there can be concept and all right, but for those who need, you already know that there is no.
You arrive at the reception and you are received with a strong smell of cigarette and smoke that the receptionist smokes there. It is a great pity, because the place and the price they charge, deserved more quality. They stopped in time. I'd be extremely happy to pay a thousand reals a day if I had some comfort, but I don't. In places like this the tourist goes not only to see nature but also to rest, at least can drink a cold water in the heat of Mato Grosso.

Ao longo de mais de duas décadas recebendo hóspedes de todo o Brasil e do exterior, sempre entendemos que diferentes pessoas podem ter percepções distintas sobre conforto, estilo de hospedagem e preferências pessoais. Por isso, respeitamos toda manifestação feita de forma genuína.
Entretanto, esta avaliação nos causa estranheza pela quantidade e pela natureza das observações apresentadas. Praticamente todos os aspectos da pousada foram retratados de forma negativa, incluindo acomodações, restaurante, mobiliário, utensílios, atendimento, enxoval, áreas comuns e até mesmo elementos que fazem parte do próprio conceito da hospedagem. Esse tipo de relato não corresponde à experiência normalmente descrita por nossos hóspedes nem à realidade percebida diariamente por quem nos visita.
A Pousada do Parque possui uma proposta muito clara: proporcionar uma experiência de imersão na natureza, junto ao Parque Nacional da Chapada dos Guimarães, valorizando o silêncio, a observação da fauna, as trilhas, a gastronomia e o contato com um ambiente preservado. Algumas características mencionadas, como a ausência de televisão em determinados apartamentos, fazem parte dessa proposta e são informadas previamente.
Também é importante esclarecer que realizamos manutenção constante das instalações, renovação periódica de enxovais, equipamentos e mobiliário, além de investimentos contínuos para aprimorar a experiência de nossos visitantes.
Ficamos satisfeitos, contudo, que a qualidade de nossa gastronomia tenha sido reconhecida, fruto do trabalho dedicado de toda a equipe do restaurante.
Respeitamos a opinião apresentada, mas acreditamos que ela não retrata de forma equilibrada a experiência oferecida pela pousada. Convidamos os viajantes a conhecerem pessoalmente nosso espaço e a formarem sua própria impressão sobre um local que, há muitos anos, recebe visitantes em busca de natureza, tranquilidade e hospitalidade autêntica.
