In the center of Antwerp

Excellent location, next to the Cathedral of Antwerp, which our room overlooked. Small but comfortable room, well-organized and clean. Good breakfast. Helpful staff, they resolved a problem for me with professionalism and friendliness. Thank you. Certainly recommended hotel.

Perfect location, but the rest….

Actually a really cute hotel right in the center of the city, absolute great location! The rooms are a bit small and there isn‘t anything to put clothes or other staff. And the shower is like right next to the bed, with glass doors. The stairs up to the room are very steep and with small steps, it’s quite dangerous. Nevertheless, the P6 is perfect for a short stay. But on our last night they key cards suddenly didn‘t work anymore and we were locked outside the room. The reception was already closed. We called the hotel number and a recorded voice told us to write a whatsapp instead. There we were given an emergency number by a chatbot - nobody ever picked up the phone though or answered our messages. We had to call booking.com and the contacted the hotel owner, who was abroad. He just told us we should take another keycard to a different room and sleep there until the staff arrived at 9am in the morning. He didn’t even send someone over. We had all our stuff in the other room, which also made us lose our train in the early morning. To have a so called emergency number and never answering it is unacceptable! We didn‘t get a formal apology or anything so far.

Lovely hotel with amazing rooms and nice staff. Loved the amenities, bath and cleanliness, the view was amazing too.

Hotel next to the cathedral and the historic center

Ideally located, restaurants downstairs, historic area, but a little noisy, bar bcp!! We don't always win! Bedding correct, clean, no double glazing! And leaky shower ..but friendly Welcoming.the difficulty is parking,because center forbids vehicles...but there are less than 350m about.
