Bad Experience
Unfortunate experience.
We had a perfectly confirmed booking on Booking for €100 for two nights and, upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that “Booking does not work” and that we should pay the base price of the hotel: 160 €, i.e. 60% more than booked online.
We complained at the time and it was absolutely useless. They assured us that they would send us an email explaining the alleged problem with Booking, mail that never arrived. Of course, we got the phone receipt after we got the scam.
Very careful, because this practice is clearly deceptive. We have claimed Booking and, luckily, they have returned the money, but I leave this review to at least serve as a warning to other customers.

To flee if you do not want to find strangers in your room!
The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in terms of security and management.
After my first night, I went out to visit the city leaving all my belongings in place - I had booked for 2 nights, convinced of their safety. But when I returned, to my amazement, I found an unknown suitcase in the room as well as personal belongings that did not belong to me. When I opened the cabinet where I had stored my belongings, they were completely gone.
I immediately went down to the reception: the receptionist, in total denial, spoke of “mistake” without taking any responsibility. Not a single excuse, just a "surprised" look. Worse still, when I asked where my things were, she showed me them behind her without hesitation, knowing full well that they were mine... just piled up behind the counter and even my pajamas, toothbrush and other unimportant things had been put in a garbage bag. A vague and unacceptable explanation was put forward: the housekeepers would have thought that I had left when I had booked for two nights. If that was really the case, no one ever contacted me to say that I had "forgotten" my personal belongings.
Not only were my belongings moved and neglected, but the room was wrongly assigned to another guest while it was still occupied. Which means that I also had Access to this person's belongings! This failure is not only a serious fault, but also a clear danger to the safety of guests and their property, and goes against all professional standards of the hotel industry.
This establishment demonstrates a profound lack of professionalism, a total lack of respect for guests and a major flaw in personal security and room management.their manager did not deign to move while I asked to speak to him!
For those who care about belongings and a safe experience, run away from this hotel at all costs. It is a model of mismanagement and insecurity that must be avoided.

Bad customers services and ridiculously inflated prices.Be very careful and step out to buy every thing you need yourself as they multiply prices by 5 times
Don’t change your money to the local currency at the hotel too.They will reap you off!
