We had an absolutely **fantastic stay at Eagle Hotel in Ksamil**! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The owners are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful, and their hospitality really makes this hotel stand out. They are very service-oriented and always ready to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. They are **cleaned every day**, and fresh towels are provided daily as well, which we really appreciated. Everything in the hotel feels well cared for and looked after.
The **breakfast was also very good**, with plenty of choice, so there is something for everyone. It was a lovely way to start the day before heading out to explore Ksamil or spending the day at the beach.
The swimming pool is another big plus. It is a great place to relax, cool down and enjoy some quiet time away from the busy beaches.
The **location of the hotel is perfect**. It is not right in the middle of all the noise and nightlife, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay, but at the same time it is close enough to walk to the beach and the centre of Ksamil. There are also several restaurants and other amenities nearby. You really get the best of both worlds: a quiet and relaxing hotel while still being close to everything.
What made our stay especially enjoyable, however, were the wonderful owners. Their friendliness, personal attention and genuine hospitality made us feel very much at home.
We had a **wonderful stay** and would definitely recommend Eagle Hotel to anyone visiting Ksamil. Clean and comfortable rooms, a lovely pool, a good breakfast, an excellent location and, above all, fantastic hospitality. **We would happily stay here again!**

A business that engages in anti-Turkish sentiment.
My family and I made a reservation through Booking.com. We arrived at the hotel and wanted to see the room before checking in. They spoke rudely and harshly, saying, "It's not possible for us, you already bought it, we can't show it to you." When the woman at the reception realized we were Turkish, she swore at and insulted us. The owner and her husband attacked and assaulted me and my family. Out of fear of being in a foreign country, we didn't go to the police station. We didn't think anything would change even if we left.
The hotel owners, a family of Greek origin, dislike Turks and harbor ethnic animosity towards them.
Ksamil is a beautiful holiday resort, but stay away from this hotel.

Rude owner and really bad communication with guests, I wont recommend this hotel because the owner is really disrespe
Rude and disrespectful
We booked this hotel through Instagram after confirming that we would be able to use the pool. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
The owner was the one who yelled at my children because they jumped into the pool while playing. Instead of speaking to them politely or explaining the rules in a respectful way, she raised her voice at them. It was upsetting for our children and made us feel completely unwelcome.
Good customer service costs nothing, and treating guests—especially children—with respect should be a priority. After our stay, I read other reviews mentioning similar experiences with rude customer service, and I wish I had seen them before booking.
Sadly, because of the way we were treated, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to families expecting a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I recommend this hotel 100%! The owner, her son and her husband are super welcoming and helpful...no complaints, just perfect! The hotel is very well located in all respects compared to the city of Ksamil. The rooms are great, as are the Pool and Service.

Criticism concerns only restaurant
We visited the restaurant but were not hotel guests. The bill was 29€, we paid 30€ but the change never came back.
Waiting time: 45 min to get the so-called “tzatziki” as a starter and another 19 min to get the main course.
“Tzatziki”: yogurt without cucumber – the chef agreed but argued that he bought it in a shop, so it was not his responsibility and he could do it much better himself but it would be too much work.
Wine: tetra pack quality, suitable for cooking at most – we left most of it. The innkeeper argued in the way as he did regarding the Tzatziki
Fish casserole: the pan was in the oven so long that the bones came off and the vegetables were overcooked, the potatoes were dried out.
The atmosphere was unpleasant.
