Convincing us to stay forever
The location and staff were amazing ! LINO especially and the restaurant staff made us feel special everything. Hubby had his birthday during our stay and unprompted was served a glass of prosecco at breakfast. Lovely touch ! Location was lively and lovely, dont dismiss the Set Menu cos some evenings the choice was awesome!
The surrounding bars and restaurants are worth checking out and offer great choice. The Indian Restaurant Sanpan is one of the best Indian meals we have ever had ! Seriously.
The swimming is phenomenal and clearly marked... Crystal clear waters and lots of safe access... and some crazy entry points. Never crowded but if you want sand... you won't find any to sit on.

Good pace to eat with scenic bay views
Staying at the hotel and eaten here every morning for breakfast. Lots of choice for all.
Eaten here a few times in the evening and not had a bad experience. Views over the bay with friendly happy staff.

Fantastic hotel
Slightly dated rooms but very clean. The staff were fantastic. We're the hotel is situated is unbelievable right on the harbour. Definitely worth a return.

Terrible
A really bad experience !! Yes the hotel is clean but the staff and especially the manager or owner of the hotel are terrible!! The only one that was good with us is the cashier of the buffet breakfast area i didnt catch her name but ahe was nice im impressed by the disrespect and unpolitness of the owner or manager of this hotel

There is nothing better than stating the truth.
As I pointed out to you earlier this morning, you have all the right to write on all social media and we have to right to reply.
You conveniently did not mention anything of what the matter was, so I will have to state it here for all to come to their own conclusion.
You booked through Booking.com for three (3) rooms for one night. On arrival, you requested that due to a medical conditions, the elder person had to stay in your twin room for observation. This was immediately arranged by the duty receptionist as we take health matters very seriously, by providing a much suitable accommodation offering you or your colleague privacy and due privacy to the elder person.
The remaining room, which was booked for 2 adults and a Child (0 age) indicating an infant, on Booking.Com and thus we have full evidence of your reservation, checked-in after 22:30. However, the child was not an infant as indicated on Booking.Com but a 13 year old. The night receptionist pointed this out and that housekeeping placed a COT in accordance to the reservation you or any member of the team had made with Booking.Com. I am very aware that this infuriated you or your colleague. The night receptionist and another staff member removed the cot an placed an extra bed.
I am very sure that you were aware that there will be an extra charge as clearly indicated on Booking.Com
This morning, when you or your colleague, your or her partner and the 13-year-old child came down for breakfast, you or your colleague were informed that the child had to pay for the breakfast and this infuriated you even more while yelling and shouting that you booked for 2 adults and the child stating that ‘I am not going to forget my child’ and I fully agree with you or your colleague. At this point I had to intervene and I requested you or your colleague to show me the reservation. You told me that you did not have it and upon I asked one of my staff to get me the reservation, you showed me the reservation on your smartphone where I pointed out that the child clearly shows 0 years. At this point, you or your other colleague came over fromm the restaurant shouting that they had a problem with their reservation mentioned above stating that it was impossible to bring an extra bed in your or your colleague’s room. The fact was that the arrangement made by the receptionist on duty was to ensure full comfort of the elderly person while offering you full privacy, yet this arrangment is very convienantly being left out.
To make the matter clear for the reader, after being accused of ‘stealing’ the clients, I gave you full refund, even though the matter was not a mistake of the hotel but you or your colleague’s when booking a 13 year old child as an infant.
You obviously did not like the fact that you were stopped from entering the restaurant and being informed that the child needs to pay for her breakfast.
I leave the judgment to the respective readers to come to their own conclusion and I truly hope that you treat your clients (some were actually present and approached me) respectfully.

Pleasing midweek break
Went to this hotel for a quiet midweek break and have no bad words at all
Got there mid morning but rooms ready at 3 .no problem they stored our cases for us till we booked in the room was big with a balcony with 2 sunbeds and a view that you could only imagine looking out to the bay we went on a b and b basis and the breakfast was buffet style which we could not fault it had everything from cerial to full english to continental and it was very well presented lunch and evening meals looked exeptional too
The staff was highly trained very polite and freindly nothing was too much bother for them
The management was exellent again helpful interacted with the guests and made you feel welcome
The hotel was clean and very airy would we stay again? Yes like a shot thanks to all staff for making this a pleasant pleasing stay
