Please review the essential steps below to access your apartment. 🛂 Digital Check-In (Required by Law) To comply with Spanish Law (RD 933/2021), every guest must complete our online registration before arrival. * ID Verification: You will need to upload your physical Passport or National ID via our secure portal. * Address & Contact: Ensure your home address and contact details are fully updated in the system. * Note: Under Spanish law, we cannot accept photos of IDs; only the physical document can be used for the digital scan. 💳 Security Deposit & Access * The Deposit: A €200 security deposit is required via card to authorize your digital key/access code. * Refunds: This is a "hold" on your card and will be fully released after checkout once the apartment has been inspected. 🥐 Dining & Amenities * Coffee Center: Our self-service coffee station is available in the lobby from 6:30 to 20:00. * Breakfast: If your booking doesn't include breakfast, you can add it to your stay via our online portal. 🤫 Community Guidelines * Quiet Hours: To ensure everyone has a restful stay, please keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 to 8:00 AM. * Respect the Space: Please treat the apartment and our community areas with care. * Prohibited: Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly forbidden on the premises. ⏳ Cancellations & Damages * Cancellations: For flexible rates, please cancel 15 days in advance to avoid a full-stay charge. * Damages: Any damage found in the apartment after checkout will be charged to the card provided during the digital check-in. This is a self-service property with online check-in. Guests must complete the online check-in form and provide a valid email address and credit card details before arrival.
