The room is very clean, the service is excellent, and the surrounding area is neat. The breakfast is truly delicious. If you're looking for a place away from the beach, I highly recommend it.

Room had roaches staff didn’t help and said oh well talk to housekeeping when I called front desk they moved me to a different room but found more again.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is a bit small for me and with no good view. Hotel is not in the center of the city, but it is walkable to the terminal 21 (about 20-30 minutes walk) and Lotus supermarket (about 20 minutes walk) depends on how fast one walk. It may take you 45 mins to the Pattaya beach. Baht bus is not easy to catch. Most likely one will need to call "bolt" for transportation. Hotel is pretty and has a small restaurant for breakfast buffet. The swimming pool is not too impressive me. Overall if one do not need a hotel where is close to pattaya beach, it is a nice hotel to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the pattaya city, making it easy to explore. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was a good. The hotel's decor and ambiance were also very impressive. I would definitely stay here again.
