Beautiful experience

We stayed for a week at this hotel; the rooms were clean and cozy.
Friendly, kind, and helpful staff.
Very attentive to the customer's needs (for example, to any intolerances).
Excellent restaurant with dishes also from the South Tyrolean tradition.
Excellent location just a few minutes from Lake Braies. Bus stop right in front to reach the nearest tourist destinations.
Complete and functional spa.

Perfect family stay

Very welcoming staff. The comfort of the hotel is remarkable, with spacious rooms and a spa, a very appreciable plus after a day of hiking. A special mention for the catering: excellent, hearty, refined cuisine and quality service. Congratulations to the whole team! Marielle

In this hotel, one feels completely comfortable.

We spent 4 nights at Erika and were thoroughly impressed. Very friendly and attentive staff, and service during breakfast and dinner; large and clean.
Rooms with a great shower area; a nice and clean wellness area,
rich breakfast buffet; dinner menu with 5 courses and fabulous selection; very good cuisine; ❤️ Thank you very much.
