For a quiet holiday

Very satisfied with the time spent in this property.
It was a really satisfying holiday, it is a quiet place, without noise, as I wished it to be.

Tranquillity

We stayed in this farmhouse for the long weekend of April 25th.
Small apartment with everything you need, even for a holiday of a few days longer than a long weekend. The structure is immersed in the tranquility of the countryside, between greenhouses and silence, just a few minutes from Terracina and San Felice Circeo. Convenient starting point to also visit Gaeta, Sperlonga and Sabaudia with its coastal dunes.
The girls are very kind and make you feel at home with their advice.

Lovely and relaxing B&B, a little gem!

My family and I have stayed in this lovely B&B the second week of August. It only has 5 mini apartments, and all looks pretty new and clean with all mod cons (TV, WiFi, AirCon, hairdryer, bath towels and a full equipped kitchen) the service was attentive and welcoming from the hosts Simona and Claudia. The reason why it is more a B&B than an Agriturismo is that they only serve breakfast and not a full restaurant service, the breakfast is lovely but only sweet, all cakes are homemade and quite nice, my suggestion to them would be to include some fresh fruit like bananas, apples or peaches, but for the rest is all good. The distance from the closest beach is about 2km at San Felice del Circeo or about 6km to Sabaudia wild dunes, either way you need a car or else to move around.
Overall a very convenient and relaxing place to spend some days in the area and will highly recommended it to small families or group of friends.

Esperienza positiva

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura, mi sono trovata benissimo. Accoglienza molto cordiale.
Ambiente curato e molto pulito e soprattutto molto tranquillo,senza rumore del traffico.
La colazione ottima, con dolci preparati in casa.
Poco distante dal mare, circa 2 km.
Anche il prezzo buono.
Che dire… sicuramente da ritornarci!!

Fantastico

Siamo ospiti con la mia famiglia in qsta settimana di giugno.simona e la famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa già dai primi contatti telefonici.
Appartamento dotato di ogni confort , asciugamani cambiati a metà soggiorno,TV e phon,aria condizionata.
Colazione ogni mattina con dolci diversi ,con attenzione alle allergie di mia figlia.
Hanno mostrato tutti molta attenzione a noi ospiti .
A pochi minuti dal mare ,ci è stato consigliato un lido dove ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Siamo sicuri di voler tornare ❤️.
Grazie alla Famiglia Sandon e Simona e Katia per la cura che mettono nel fare sentire a casa gli ospiti ❤️
