Ideal for a short stay
Atypical accommodation, change of scenery guaranteed in this accommodation, we are like in a hilltop cabin. A warm and involved welcome from Corinna who facilitates the stay. Everything remains rustic but charming. A few meters from the beach, grocery store and restaurant...

Super nice owner. Good communication on WhatsApp. Quirky property which I enjoyed. Facts follow to know if its for you.
The owner/manager/hostess is super kind and calm. She speaks English, Spanish and her native European language. She did a great job of communication via WhatsApp and was assuring and helpful. As far as the property, keep your expectations in line with cost and you should be happy. The community area is pleasant. The internet worked very good. They accept credit cards. Her friendly dogs and cats run free which for me was entertainment and not a problem. Each room is unique. Some with bathroom inside and some with bathroom outside of your room. Is it right for you? Well you are an uptight perfectionist who expects the Marriott its not for you. You might see a bug (beds have mosquito nets to help) you might hear noise exterior to the property (trucks, dogs, roosters but they can’t control that) not on beach (one block away) no pool, no restaurant, no air conditioning, no hot water, no TV, but I was not bothered by any of those things things. I feel I got a nice authentic Mexico beach experience at a low price, met a kind person and would happily go back. It is on the far south end of Zipolite, so its about 15 minute walk to the main tourist area but its a walk on a pleasant beach which I enjoyed and it felt safe, if that’s not for you its a cheap cab ride. By the standards of Zipolite it was cleaner than many with a friendlier vibe than all others. Overall, with the right attitude and managed expectations an experience which is more memorable than a typical hotel. It‘s definitely an oasis.. made with love!
The owner Corinna and the employee Flor are very friendly and welcoming. The name says it all. It‘s a very nice place to relax, to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and very close to the beach. It’s located in the half of Zipo which seems to be a bit more quiet, what we enjoyed. Everything is clean and well kept. The decoration is made with so much passion, that‘s impressive. We never have stayed in a place with so many lovely details. The wood, the paintings, the choice of design is just beautiful! Our bed was comfortable, the fan was great, the room spacious. It‘s definitely great value and we would definitely come again and recommend it. Thank you very much for this nice experience.

Magnificent!
This place is one of a kind! Starting from the host, cleanliness to attention to details! Such an amazing place, just one minute from the beach! Possibility to communicate in 3 languages (English, German and Spanish) is really useful for non Spanish speakers! Totally worth it!

perfect place to relax and chill
Awesome owner Corrina!
Clean rustic open concept place with private bathroom, perfect to relax and chill, we would like to spend more days, however the weather not too friendly when we are here as tropical storm "Ramon" just hit the place and makes internet connection interrupted which is very important for us as we also remotely working with our team in Singapore.
