It is very good.

Very good welcome. Top comfort. Parking nearby. Refined, sought-after, and excellent cuisine. Perhaps lacking a bit of authenticity, but the smile and the food confirm the hospitality of Moroccans.

Dusty, smelly, and dirty. Only Asmae is willing to help yet her hands are tied. Very limited for what she can do for guests.
Both indoor and outdoor construction created this unlivable dusty environment, which caused my asthma to kick in.
My “senior suite” was with strong gasoline odor when I tried to go to sleep. After 20 minutes the odor became stronger. I requested room change before gas poisoning. First run there gave me was small, damp, and moldy. I refused to take it. They finally offered an adequate yet still fussy room.
I wish I could give them zero star.

Wonderful place to stay because of the STAFF!

I cannot tell you enough about the wonderful staff. Markus was so helpful and kind. He worked very hard to make everyone happy. Whatever you needed, he instantly got for you. I hope the owners realize what a gem they have in this man and pay him accordingly

A haven of peace and comfort

Perfect stay in this beautiful Riad. Welcoming was warm and attentive, with a real sense of hospitality. The room is very well thought out, beautifully appointed and perfectly equipped, combining traditional charm and modern comfort.
The bedding is really exceptional: we sleep wonderfully well, it is a real cocoon of sweetness. The calm of the Riad allows a total rest, away from the hustle and bustle outside.
The small pool is a real plus, ideal for cooling off after a day of visiting in the heat. And what about breakfast? Careful, hearty, greedy and served with taste.
An address to remember absolutely, where everything is gathered for a successful stay. I'll be back soon!

Terrible Customer Service

am writing this review to warn future guests.
My booking at Riad Yacout was fully confirmed in writing for 7 nights (16–23 December), with two suites reserved. The confirmation clearly stated “Your booking is confirmed” and did not require advance payment. The booking terms were pay on arrival.
Despite this, the riad attempted to charge my card before arrival, without authorisation and contrary to the confirmed terms. I immediately replied in writing, politely explaining that payment was agreed to be made upon arrival and asking them to honour the original booking.
Instead of correcting their error, the riad cancelled my confirmed reservation.
I then spoke with Asma at the front desk, who confirmed the cancellation and stated that rooms were now only available for five days, leaving me effectively stranded. During this call, both Asma and Layla were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. No apology or meaningful solution was offered.
Cancelling a confirmed pay-on-arrival booking because an unauthorised pre-charge failed — and then treating the guest with disrespect — is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I strongly advise travellers to be cautious when booking here. If any issue arises, do not expect fairness, accountability, or basic courtesy.
