Good prices
Well this hotel is definitely not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel. When you go there you should keep you expectations low. But you will find a clean bathroom, calm cozy room (not easily found in the busy Hamra area). Why I dont find this a horrible hotel is that you get what you pay for: this is the cheapest hotel in that super expensive area of beirut. So if you are coming for a business trip and want something practical without having to be ripped off by taxis this is as cheap and practical as it will ever get. As a citizen of beirut i have needed to rent hotels for many of my guests so you can take my word for it as i have contacted all the hotels in the hamra area.

Terrible! DO NOT GO THERE
This is by far the worst hotel I've ever been in my all life. Definitely not worth even 1 star. We arrived very late in Beirut, supposed to go to Farayya but couldn't because of the snow so decided to spend a night in Beirut. The taxi driver took us there, it was so late we only wanted to go to sleep and we stayed. The place is very dirty (only the bed sheets were clean), floor disgusting, toilet so old that I would't try to take a shower there even after a marathon! And the price.. a rip off!!! They charge 100 US dollar fir one night. Honestly I wouldn't go there again even if they pay me the same price to stay!!! Stay away!!

Filthy, yak place and unacceptable complaint management
Arrival late evening. After going to bed the first bugs appeared, well
Ok, can happen, but then: I killed at least 30,40 and they were all
bleeding when i got them and so I called the reception to change sheets. Very unwilling and unhappy they did. Seen the mattress underneath didn't help improve my disgust: blood stains also here! I did not sleep anymore that night, always looking for more bugs. There were more! Next morning I checked how clean the place was. The floor was super dirty and the bathroom is full of stains and mould. In the Breakfast room I almost hesitated to touch the door, so filthy it was. Nobody seemed to be in charge at breakfast room, had to ask some des interested man behind a counter if he was working here. Hotel was booked from business friends. I decided to longer stay as 5 days were planned there and leave.
I tried and asked the hotel manager for a discount since I had such a bad experience and all the hassle with the bugs and no sleep. He said he's sorry but he can't do anything about it. I was telling him that I was not going to pay for the room. He was telling me that he's gonna call the police then. I personally would have not paid for the room but my Lebanese business friend came and paid - I said "never again!" and we left. All
I can do is telling you this story and showing you some pics of a horrible stay! Don't go there! There are plenty of other hotels that are worth the price and even just pay 10,20 bucks more but then you're fine! Also, hotels area Hamra seems not safe.

Bad Expereince
I have traveled to around 38 countries in the world, and stayed in good to luxury hotels. This hotel was graded as a 4 star hotel, but would only give it a 1. The bathrooms were very dirty despite the new renovation to them. The sheets were clean , but kept having a filthy used blanket on them. The over all cleanliness was pretty bad. I would never stay there again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

HOTEL IRRESPECTUEUX
C'est l’hôtel le plus irrespectueux que je n'ai connu, nous avions fais une réservation, à notre arrivée, on nous dit que la suite impériale réservée n'est pas libre. Le directeur s'en fichait que nous étions dans la rue et du coup, nous avons été obligé de trouver un autre hôtel au dessus de notre budget, ce qui a gâché une partie de nos vacances.
