Family holiday trip

Excellent location.. Rooms are 2good . Room service also very good as well as all staf. Propiter also visit frequently . He is very kind and helpful persen. . Railway junction and bus stand just walking distance or a toto will take 10rs . My experience is excellent

Very good experience

I stayed at this lodge recently and the services provided was too good. Food is awesome, location was very convenient and the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend this lodge. They even provide free parking space to their guests which is so nice of them.

Penic over Coronavirus,every moment- everywhere in the Earth . I remember some pleasant days spent in India last time .
Yes,I visited Shiliguri several times.Actually I always like to visit India,because I studied in Chennai and I was from Bangladesh.What a beautiful country India is!.Anyway,including "hotel lifestyle" I stayed in few good hotels in Shiliguri-sometimes hotel was very good but washroom was not at all.Sometimes Hotel was good but not location.Sometimes............
Last time I considered "Phoenix Lodge".Choosing a hotel for few days to stay is not a easy task. What I consider- (1)minimum quality,(2)cleanness,(3)friendly staff,(4)service,(5)location,and (6)if it is budget friendly.I am quiet happy to say that all those necessities I found there in "Phoenix lodge".Thank you "Phoenix".

STAY HERE, WITH NO FEAR

Phoenix Lodge is a good hotel where anyone can stay... I stayed there with my family for 2 night and we faced no problem at all...
The location is very good... near to Airview crossing and Tenzing Norgay bus terminus...
The hotel rooms are OK... Manager and staffs are good... Specially Manager is so friendly and helpful...Room service is available... foods are good and within budget... I personally recommended everyone to stay here with no fear... Thanks.

"Avoid if you you have better option"

Stayed with family for a night and that's it!!! I guess its better for solo traveler or if you are traveling with friends.
If you have to stay more than that I would suggest get a better hotel, there are plenty in Siliguri. They have common geyser in each floor, no restaurants only room service. Staffs are OK but you have to tell them multiple times to get something served or done.
