Oasis in the desert

The property and newly built, The room we had was cute, 2 floors with stove and sink next to bed (4 guests) with balcony.
The 3 stars are mainly due to the lack of essentials and courtesy, such as at least a bottle of water or a few sugar sachets.
In addition, the cleaning crew left the white pillows on the ground, presumably resting as it settles the bed. Lack of a capacious closet. There is only half a closet (not enough for 4 people).
Cute balcony, the afternoon enjoys the shade of a pine tree opposite. Too bad about the view.
Bathroom rather cramped, no bidet (practice in Greece), small shower).
Part of the (non) comfort of the room is also the wifi which is practically useless (4 Mpbs max).
1-star location, desolate and rough.

New, nice, clean, relaxing

Brand new furniture, kitchen objects, building, everything brand new, property just opened to public. We had a room for two people with balcony with plants on one side and small common garden on the other side, that was on ground floor. For other levels there are regular balconies. There is also some apartment with 2 levels, the host showed us that is just great, the bedroom is on a separate floor with stairs and that floor is like an inside balcony to the apartment. They can host up to 4 people there. Nice host, helpful, good English speaker, he could give us lot of information about surroundings and the property. Parking free on side, under trees so there is shadow also. In the area, 5-10 minutes walk you can get to a beach with taverns and beach bar. I would like to have possibilities for breakfast outside the room nearby inn walking distance but unfortunately nothing opens before 9.00 there.

Loved it

We stayed at Gmare for one week at the beginning of September. Lovely, spacious room with a cosy terrace. Everything is new and and most important, very clean. Plus, our room was cleaned on daily basis.
The host amazing,they gave us a lot of trips and tricks regarding the beaches, restaurants and places to visit and also a small gift when we left.
Thank you guys for an amazing vacation :)

Nice

Very nice place to visit and stay Loved the food so much. Everything at the place was so perfect and also affordable as comapred to nearby places. Ground staff was very nice and helpful. Must visit place
