You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note some rooms feature a split level mezzanine floor. Please note that when booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Property does not accept contactless payments. Reception hours: 7AM to 11PM. There is no after-hours check in available. For lost keys between 11PM and 7AM (when reception is closed), guests will pay £100 call out fee. Property undergoing renovation works from 1st January 2026 until 1st November 2026,- there might be some noise from construction during working hours.
